My Educational Journey

After school, I pursued a Bachelor of Commerce (Marketing) from the Catholic University of Eastern Africa in Nairobi, Kenya. 10 years later, and having moved countries, I was determined to follow my passion, I started my Psychology journey at the University of South Africa (UNISA) and completed my Masters at the University of the Witwatersrand (Wits) with a Master of Arts in Community Based Counselling Psychology.

Having pursued a second career later in life, I firmly believe that it is never too late to rediscover yourself, unlearn unhealthy patterns of thinking and behaviour, learn healthy behaviour and thinking patterns, and cultivate healthy relationships.
